- Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde.
1.1 Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde is described on our website www.vidaverde19.nl as well as websites of third parties where our rooms are offered.
These websites have been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the current situation at Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde at the time of the visit by our guests.
No rights can be derived by the guests from such differences.
1.2 Two of our rooms are suitable for three people and one is suitable for 2 people. An extra baby cot can be booked if necessary. You cannot bring pets, for hygiene reasons.
1.3 Check-in is from 15.00 on the day of arrival. The agreed arrival times are target times, but if you arrive much later or earlier, you run the risk that no one from the Bed & Breakfast is present. However, we can ensure that you can enter at any time. If you cannot be present at the specified time, please let us know as soon as possible. Deviating times are only possible in consultation. In order to clean the rooms, you must vacate them before 11 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
1.4 Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 in our breakfast room or, weather permitting, on the terrace or in the garden. Different times for breakfast are possible in consultation. If you have special wishes for breakfast, gluten-free, low-salt, vegetarian, etc., please indicate this when booking. It is not possible to reserve this afterwards.
1.5 The car can be parked on the private property; parking is entirely at your own risk.
1.6 The manager informs you which rooms at Bed and Breakfast Vida Verde are available and usable for you. The private areas may not be entered by guests. The outside area also has partitions for common and private use, it is very much appreciated not to enter the private areas.
- Prices.
2.1 The prices of the rooms are described on our website: www.vidaverde19.nl as well as other websites where our rooms are offered. Prices include full breakfast, use of towels and bed linen, water and electricity and final cleaning. Tourist tax is not included unless otherwise stated
2.2 The prices are exclusive of costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs.
2.3 Prices of Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.
2.4 All entries on our websites are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments. Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde is not bound by obvious errors on its websites.
- Reservation and payment.
3.1 Reservations can be made by e-mail to info@vidaverde19.nl or via telephone number 0652717263. Reservations can also be made via our online booking system on our website www.vidaverde19.nl, Facebook and Instagram. Reservations can also be made through other online booking systems that offer our rooms.
3.2 After a reservation request has been made by telephone or e-mail, you will receive a message from us as soon as possible with the relevant information and whether the desired room is still available for you. You must check and confirm this information within 48 hours by sending an e-mail back to info@vidaverde19.nl or otherwise confirming in writing. By confirming the reservation request, the booking is only definitive. If we have not received a confirmation from you after 48 hours, the reservation request will be canceled. This is to avoid disappointment for other guests. The remaining outstanding amount must be paid 24 hours before arrival. Reservations through our website booking systems and other online booking websites are confirmed immediately and are final.
3.3 Direct bookings (Bookings via our website, email or telephone) must pay the stated deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total amount immediately after receipt of the invoice. For short-term reservations, the amount must be paid in cash on arrival. Payments for your reservations are made to the following account number(s): bank account number: NL50 RABO 0364 0913 71 in the name of. Vida Verde. In the unlikely event that no deposit has been received within the agreed term, the reservation made will be canceled immediately. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation from B&B Vida Verde.
3.4 Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 1 year of the invoice date or set a pre-planned date within the year of the invoice date. The gift voucher can be transferred to a third party. The cancellation conditions apply to gift vouchers and no-show or cancellation.
- Cancellation Policy.
4.1 When a final reservation for the Bed & Breakfast has been made and confirmed, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:
– In case of cancellation from 5 to 3 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30%.
– If canceled 3 days or less before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100%.
– No Show (if you don’t show up) the cancellation costs are 100%.
In order to be eligible for a refund of the paid amount, you must notify us of the cancellation as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible, but at the latest within 21 days. No refunds will be made in the event of early departure.
4.2 Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde can only cancel the reservation agreement in the following cases: in the event of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale. In one of these cases, the owner will provide the guest with an alternative offer as soon as possible. If this is not possible or if the guest does not accept the offered alternative, the full amount will be refunded. Any other damage resulting from the cancellation will not be reimbursed by the owner.
- Complaints.
5.1 We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Despite our good care, it is still possible that you have a complaint or comment. In order to be able to solve this properly, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible on site or in writing by e-mail.
- Liability.
6.1 Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the room in question, the guest indemnifies Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde against claims in this regard. Bed and Breakfast Vida Verde is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation, such as disruptions and failure of power, WiFi, water supplies and technical installations, as well as construction and/or roadworks in the vicinity of Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde that have not been announced or are untimely announced.
6.2 Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and/or goods during or as a result of staying in the relevant room(s) of Bed and Breakfast Vida Verde.
6.3 The main guest named in the reservation confirmation is responsible for an orderly course in and around the room(s) concerned. The belongings must be handled with care, the room must therefore be left tidy and decent. This also applies to the use of items in the Bed and Breakfast such as: the kitchen, the front house (common space), the indoor and outdoor area and the outdoor area of Bed and Breakfast Vida Verde. Breakage or damage must therefore be reported immediately to the owner by the guest. Any repair and/or replacement costs must be immediately reimbursed by the guest to the owner at his first request. If, after checking out, it turns out that items have been left broken and this has not been reported to the owner, the invoice for the repair and/or replacement costs incurred will still follow.
- Safety.
7.1 In connection with your own safety and that of the Bed and Breakfast, it is prohibited to smoke or use open fires inside the rooms. This is only allowed in the garden around the Bed and Breakfast. The misuse of fire/extinguishing agents or disabling the smoke detector is not permitted. Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is strictly forbidden to possess, use and/or trade drugs at B&B Vida Verde. Police are always called in.
7.2 Other facilities in the yard must be used by the guests with care and in accordance with the purpose. The safety of any small child must be guaranteed by the parents or supervisors. Think of pets, locks, cars, tractors, shovel, lawnmower, horses with wagons – surrounding highways, bicycle paths, etc.
7.3 It is not allowed to feed the animals in the adjacent yard without consultation.
- Final provision.
8.1 Unless otherwise provided in rules of private international law, these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Non-Dutch speaking guests are deemed to agree with the general terms and conditions.
8.2 All disputes arising from the user agreement or these terms and conditions will be settled in the first instance by the competent court in the Netherlands, insofar as the rules of private international law do not provide otherwise.
8.3 None of the parties can transfer its rights and obligations to third parties unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions.
8.4 If and insofar as any provision in the user agreement and the present terms and conditions should prove to be invalid, the remaining
conditions and the invalid article is deemed to have been converted in such a way that it is brought into conformity with the apparent intentions of the parties.
