Maximum Occupancy
B&B Vida Verde has 1 double room and 2 triple rooms. The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons for the double room and 3 persons for the triple room. It is therefore not allowed to spend the night and/or stay in the room with more than the stated number of people or to eat breakfast. In consultation, a child can sleep in your room with a cot. If the maximum occupancy indicated on the reservation form is violated, B&B Vida Verde will charge 100% of the overnight rate applicable at that time for each violation, in addition to the accommodation costs already owed.
Checking in
Check-in officially starts from 15:00. An earlier time can be agreed in consultation with the hostess. Check-in is preferably before 20:00. Vida Verde prefers to receive guests personally and guide them through check-in. That is why we recommend that you indicate at least one day before arrival what time you expect to arrive. We kindly ask you to call one hour before arrival on the day itself. Vida Verde has the option of self-check-in. If we are not present at your arrival time, we will send you the digital check-in instructions. You can also arrive earlier, for example, to drop off your luggage and collect your digital key. Before checking in, you can report to the side entrance of the B&B.
visitors
If you wish to receive guests, you must inform the host/hostess in advance.
checkout
Check-out must be before 11:00 am on the day of departure. Depending on occupancy, a latter check-out time until 12:00 may apply in consultation with (and after permission from) the host/hostess. However, guideline remains 11:00.
key management
On the day of arrival, you will receive digital codes with a link to install your digital key on your mobile phone. With this web application on your mobile phone, you can open our sliding gate, walk-in gate, entrance to the B&B and also your room door. If you have a preference for a security tag, one will be offered to you upon arrival. You are responsible for locking the doors of your room and for turning off the lights. When checking out, please return the key to the host/hostess.
Breakfast
If you make use of the breakfast service, we will ensure that a fresh breakfast is ready for you every morning. Breakfast is served in the dining room so you can enjoy it at any time in peace. Breakfast is available every morning at 08:00 in the common dining room. You can have breakfast until 10:00.
Lost of key
If the security tag is lost, B&B Vida Verde will charge you € 10.00.
Bed linen and towels
For longer stays, towels and bed linen are changed according to your wishes. The costs of this are included in the price unless otherwise agreed.
Safeguarding hygiene
It is not allowed to sleep in our beds without sheets and pillowcases. In the event that non-removable stains appear in the mattress, duvet, bedspread and decorative pillows or towels during the overnight stay, B&B Vida Verde will charge the guest for the resulting cleaning costs and/or costs for replacing the materials.
Prices
The prices include gas, water, electricity, bed, bath and kitchen linen. The use of coffee and tea. Free use of Wi-Fi and free parking on site at B&B Vida Verde.
In the unlikely event that the services such as Wi-Fi do not function or do not function properly during a stay at B&B Vida Verde, this does not entitle the customer to a refund of all or part of the room price owed.
Parking
You can park your car at the designated places on the site. If the parking lot is full, the host or hostess will offer you another place in the yard to park. Parking is only allowed for the duration of the stay at B&B Vida Verde. Parking on site at B&B Vida Verde is at your own risk. B&B Vida Verde is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.
Sound
B&B Vida Verde asks its guests to refrain from being noisy in their rented accommodation and in the common areas. All music – and any other sound – produced in any way must be attuned to room strength, so that no noise nuisance is created for other guests and local residents and is in any case prohibited from 22:00 in the evening until 07:00 in the morning. We request that guests take particular account of noise nuisance in the driveway and terrace.
Waste
Garbage can be deposited in the appropriate waste containers. You may leave empty glassware or plastic, which the host or hostess will clean up for you in connection with waste sorting.
Pets
Pets are not allowed
To smoke
At B&B Vida Verde smoking is prohibited in the lodgings and the common areas. In consultation you can smoke on the terrace, provided that others are not bothered or endangered by your smoking. The terrace must remain cigarette-free. Butts must therefore be left in the appropriate butt bin.
Alcohol and (soft) drugs
Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is strictly forbidden to possess, use and/or trade drugs at B&B Vida Verdet. We always call the Police in matters concerning drugs.
Internet
B&B Vida Verde offers a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that are illegal in nature or that do not correspond to the reputation of B&B Vida Verde as a provider of the accommodation. In case of detection or suspicion of nuisance from third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, B&B Vida Verde has the right to block access to the internet, whether or not completely, without further notice.
Injury
B&B Vida Verde is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you have or experience during your stay at B&B Vida Verde.
If damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must inform the host or hostess before check-out.
