About Us
Nestled somewhere in the beautiful countryside of the south-Limburg province, between the bustling Valkenburg and the Burgundian Maastricht, you will find Bed & Breakfast Vida Verde. Vida Verde owes its name to the green environment as well as to its sustainable character. Vida Verde has recently been completely renovated and three luxurious stylish guest rooms have been realized. The B&B has a modern but warm appearance.
House Rules
Maximum Occupancy
B&B Vida Verde has 1 double room and 2 triple rooms. The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 2 persons for the double room and 3 persons for the triple room. It is therefore not allowed to spend the night and/or stay in the room with more than the permitted number of people or to eat breakfast. In consultation, a child can sleep in your room with a cot. If the maximum occupancy indicated on the reservation form and/or maximum occupancy is violated, B&B Vida Verde will charge 100% of the overnight rate applicable at that time for each violation, in addition to the accommodation costs already owed.
Checkin
Check-in is starts at 15:00 hours. An early check-in time can be agreed in consultation with the hostess. Check-in is preferably before 20:00. Vida Verde prefers to receive guests personally and guide them through the check-in process. That is why we recommend that you indicate at least one day before arrival what time you expect to arrive. We kindly ask you to call one hour before arrival on the day of arrival. Vida Verde also offers guests the option of self-check-in. If we are not present at your arrival time, we will send you the digital check-in instructions. You can also arrive earlier, for example, to drop your luggage and collect your digital key.
Visiters
If you wish to receive guests, you must inform the hostess/host in advance.
Check-out
Check-out must be before 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Depending on occupancy for the day, a different check-out time until 12:00 may apply in consultation with (and after permission from) the hostess/host. However, guideline remains 11:00.
Access Management
On the day of arrival, you will receive a link to download and install your digital key on your mobile phone. The digital codes in the link sent can be used to register and activate your digital key to our property and your room. If you prefer a secure tag, one will be provided to you upon arrival. You are responsible for locking the doors of your accommodation and for turning off the lighting. When checking out, please return the key to the host/hostess.
Breakfast
We ensure that a fresh breakfast buffet is ready for all guests every morning. Breakfast is served in the dining room so you can enjoy it at all times in comfort. Breakfast is served every morning at 08:00 hours in the dining room. Breakfast buffet offered till 10:00 hours.
Loss of key
Should you lose your secure tag, B&B Vida Verde will charge you € 10.00.
Bed Linen and Towels
For lengthier stays, towels and bed linen are changed according to your wishes. The costs of this are included in the price unless other agreements were made.
Hygienic Guidelines
It is not prohibited to sleep in the beds in without the proper bed linen and pillowcases. In the event that non-removable stains caused by inappropriate use of the mattress, duvet, bedspread and decorative pillows or towels during the night, B&B Vida Verde will pay the resulting cleaning costs and/ or charge the customer for the replacement of the materials.
Prices
The prices include gas, water, electricity, bed, bath and kitchen linen. The use of coffee and tea. Free use of Wifi and free parking on site at B&B Vida Verde.
In the unlikely event that the services such as WiFi fail to function or do not function properly during your stay at B&B Vida Verde, this will not entitle the customer to a refund of all or part of the room price owed.
Parking
You can park your car at the designated places on our property. If the parking lot is full, the host or hostess will offer you another place on our property to park. Parking is only allowed for the duration of your stay at B&B Vida Verde. Parking on site at B&B Vida Verde is at your own risk. B&B Vida Verde is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.
Noise
Vida Verde asks its guests to refrain from being noisy in their rented accommodation and in the common areas. All music – and any other sound – produced in any way must be attuned to room strength, so that no noise nuisance is created for other guests and local residents. In all cases noise is prohibited from 22:00 hours in the evening until 07:00 in the morning. We request that guests take particular account of noise nuisance in the driveway and terrace
Waste
Garbage can be deposited in the appropriate waste containers. You may leave empty glass or plastic, which the host will clean up for you. We are obligated to sort and separate waste for responsible disposal.
Pets
Pets are not allowed
Smoking
At B&B Vida Verde smoking is prohibited in the suites and the common areas. In consultation you can smoke on the terrace, provided that your smoking does not inconvenient or endanger other guests. The terrace must remain cigarette-free. Butts must therefore be left in the appropriate bin.
Alcohol en (soft) drugs
Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is strictly forbidden to possess, use and/or trade drugs at B&B Vida Verde. We call the police in all cases.
Internet
B&B Vida Verde offers a WIFI guest network for free use. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that are illegal in nature or that do not correspond to the reputation of B&B Vida Verde as a provider of the accommodation. In case of detection or suspicion of nuisance from third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, B&B Vida Verde has the right to block access to the internet, whether or not completely, without further notice.
Damage
B&B Vida Verde is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you have or sustain during your stay at B&B Vida Verde.
All damages to our property, big or small, caused by guests during their stay, must be reported to the hostess/host before departure. The cost of reparation will be charged to the guest.
